Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring customer activity and processing partner requests
  • Monitoring platform performance
  • Configuring the platform
  • Interacting with other departments on identified risk cases

Requirements:

  • Analytical mindset, love of solving problems
  • Attention to detail, responsibility, result orientation and ability to work in a team
  • Knowledge of Excel at the level of simple formulas and pivot tables

Nice to have:

  • Experience of working as a support engineer
  • English: A2+

Important to Know:

  • Working schedule: Shifts based (12-hour shift, from 8:00 to 20:00 and from 20:00 to 8:00). 2 working days + 2 days off.

The Interview Process:

  • 30 minute Recruiter call.
  • 45 minute final conversation with Team Lead.
